OPPO presented the Reno range from June 6 to 5 in China. However, this range of smartphones also arrived in India in mid-July. Meanwhile, the new mid-range and mid / high-end smartphones have received some changes in their technical characteristics, preparing them for distribution in Europe. Now, indeed, OPPO’s plans are confirmed.
This range will consist of two Android smartphones, Reno 6 and Reno 6 Pro, which will arrive in Europe next week. At the same time, they will also reach other markets in the MEA region, specifically the Middle East and Africa.
September brings the OPPO Reno 6 range of smartphones to Europe
In particular, the OPPO Reno 6 Pro 5G smartphone has already been widely publicized by local influencers. In fact, we see above some samples of the advertising material published by these agents. marketing to advertise the product in question.
Notably, the ad campaign for the new Android smartphones has already taken off in the UAE, as demonstrated by the influencers above. At the same time, the pre-purchase period has also been opened, for example in Egypt.
As such, we see the Pro model above and the base model below, both with support for fifth-generation mobile networks and a distinctive design. In fact, the Pro model features rounded lines and a quad rear camera. On the other hand, the base model features a more angular design, as well as a triple-configuration rear camera.
We will have the OPPO Reno 6 5G and the OPPO Reno 6 Pro 5G
We see, in fact, the Reno 6 5G in great detail in the image above. The Android smartphone is shown with a straight, rather angular side frame, with an emphasis on the lower speaker grille and USB Type-C port, in addition to the side buttons.
So, according to the information leaks, we have a relatively affordable and well-equipped new smartphone. Its design is certainly one of the highlights, which appears to be constructed of metal with a glass back, here in blue.
Also, the triple camera of this model is confirmed with the clearly visible LED flash, in addition to another unidentified sensor. We can also notice that the antenna bands interrupt the structure that is supposed to be metallic.
Among its trump cards we also have the fast charging at 65 W SuperVOOC 2.0, as well as the ColorOS interface.
The new range arrives in Europe on September 9
More recently, the French, Germans and Portuguese began to unveil the OPPO Reno 6 range. The official confirmation points to September 9, the global launch of the new Android smartphones whose “specifications” we know partially.
According to the technology, in the publication puzzle, MediaTek’s Dimensity 900 processor is mentioned. This is one of the latest SoCs from the Taiwan-based tech, which sits in the upper mid-range segment and is expected to be used in the OPPO Reno 6 5G.
Finally, we have not yet seen the confirmation of the characteristics of the Pro model for Europe and other MEA regions. In fact, unlike in China, we didn’t see any mention of the Pro + (Plus) model, so only the Pro model should make it to our market.
