OPPO has launched its latest budget tablet, the Pad SE, alongside the Reno14 and Reno14 Pro smartphones in China. The Pad SE boasts an 11-inch LCD display with a 1,920 x 1,200 pixel resolution and a 90 Hz refresh rate. Its touch response rate is 180 Hz. The front camera is a 5-megapixel shooter.
Key Features
The display is designed to minimize glare and features AI-driven adjustments for optimal viewing comfort. The tablet has a 5-megapixel rear camera and a large 9,340 mAh battery that supports 33 W fast charging.
The Pad SE is powered by the MediaTek Helio G100 chipset, built on a 6-nanometer process, and features an 8-core CPU with a maximum clock speed of 2.2 GHz. It supports up to 6-8 GB of RAM and 128-256 GB of storage, running on ColorOS 15.0.1 based on Android 15. However, it lacks a fingerprint sensor and facial recognition.
The tablet measures just 7.39 mm in thickness and weighs 530 grams. OPPO has also emphasized its educational capabilities.

The Pad SE has access to a vast library of educational resources, including:

The Pad SE will be available in Starlight Silver and Night Blue, starting at 899 CNY for the 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant. It will hit stores on May 23, 2025. The global availability of the Pad SE remains to be announced.
