Adult content creator Lily Phillips isn’t holding back about her cosmetic surgery journey. She recently pulled back the curtain on the procedures she’s had, sharing details and the hefty price tags in a candid video.
“Today, I’m going to take you through the surgeries,” Phillips explained in a YouTube video earlier this month. “I don’t think I’ve thoroughly talked about all the surgeries I’ve done.” She added that there have been “quite a few.”
Phillips, known for her work on OnlyFans, revealed her first surgery was a labiaplasty in 2021. She described it as a “cosmetic surgical procedure that reshapes or reduces the size of the labia, specifically the labia minora.” For those wondering, she clarified, “Basically, you have your outer lips—the big, fleshy ones that are a bit juicy—and then your inner ones.” She explained that one of her inner lips stuck out more than the other, making them “very uneven.” “I hated how it looked,” she admitted. “It’s sad because it’s a very natural thing, and a lot of people have it, but it’s just a matter of personal preferences.”
The procedure set Phillips back 5,000 pounds, which is about $6,700 US dollars. She called it the “best” surgery she’s ever had. “The best decision I’ve ever made,” she stated. “I loved it.” While she couldn’t show before-and-after photos on YouTube, Phillips confirmed the result “looks good.” The OnlyFans star shared that the surgery itself took about an hour. “I think they suggested I didn’t have sex for a month, but I think I started doing it after about two weeks, and it was totally fine,” she said. “I didn’t have any problems.”
After her labiaplasty, Phillips opted for a chin implant and liposuction. She explained the chin implant was to enhance her “projection and my side profile.” She noted that many people choose chin filler, which she had for a few years, but it would “dissolve or migrate.” Her doctor then suggested an implant, which came with a hefty price tag of 14,000 pounds, roughly $18,900 US dollars. Phillips mentioned her “only problem” was “quite a bit of swelling,” adding, “My jaw felt a bit frozen. I don’t know how to explain it.”
In 2024, Phillips underwent liposuction. She admitted that this surgery “took quite a while to settle.” The adult content creator shared her desire for a “sculpted tummy look” to define her stomach and remove fat from her lower back. “It was the first surgery I had that was quite painful,” she revealed. “I had some difficulties with recovery.” Phillips paid around 12,000 pounds for this procedure, about $16,000 US dollars. Though she wasn’t happy at first, she’s now “pretty happy” with the results. “My only problem is there was a slight unevenness,” she shared. “I don’t know if it’s just because it’s me, and then I notice it on myself. I’m sure when other people look at it, they don’t really see it, but there are still little patches of fat.”
Her most recent surgery was a Brazilian Butt Lift, or BBL. “With this, because I removed fat from my legs, sometimes it looks a bit uneven,” she commented. “It looks like I have a huge bum and smaller legs. So, truthfully, I wish I’d left a bit less fat.” Phillips described the recovery as “quite fun” and said she felt “no pain” during the process. “Lying on my front, I ate loads. I watched loads of TV,” she recalled. “It was quite fun for me. This is bad because this is when surgeries get a bit addictive, because I really enjoy the healing process.” The adult content creator noted the cost was “only 14,000 pounds,” which is approximately $18,900 US dollars. “I say it like, ‘Only 14,000 pounds.’ But I think for a BBL, it’s not that much money,” she explained. “I don’t really remember properly. I think 14,000 pounds.”
After going through these procedures, Phillips reflected that surgeries “don’t fix anything on the inside.” She summed up her current feelings by saying she still wants “a couple of touch-ups” in the future, but she doesn’t want to “keep touching her body too much.” “Obviously, there are many surgeries I’d like to do in the future,” she said. “Every two weeks, I’m like, ‘Oh, maybe I should get that done. Maybe I need to get breast surgery.'” However, the “only thing I’m actually set on” is toe surgery. Phillips explained she has “the longest toes” and wants them shortened. “I know some people are going to think that’s quite extreme,” she admitted, “but it’s something I’ve always hated throughout my whole life. These feet have been the bane of my existence.”
