To learn more about overall consumer satisfaction, a survey has been carried out on OCU members what they think of electronic commerce. Thus, they have been asked to assess the ease of use of the page, the variety of products it offers, the quality of the photos and the description, the price level, how is the information on the legal conditions of the purchase, the methods of payment allowed, incidents and punctuality in shipping.

The data of almost 30,000 purchases made by OCU members in 79 online stores they reveal which are the most used stores and which are the ones that leave their customers most satisfied.
Amazon, the undisputed leader
Amazon has established itself as the undisputed leader in e-commerce. To do this, OCU partners have talked about the most popular online stores. Among them, by far the most popular is Amazon with 29%, followed by far by AliExpress with 9%, El Corte Inglés with 6%, Decathlon with 3% and Carrefour with 3%.
The most valued online stores
On the other hand, they have analyzed the most valued. First up is Thomann, a German music store, which scores 85 out of 100.

While on the opposite side, eWish, BangGood, AliExpress and Worten are the online stores with the least satisfied customers.
