OnePlus has launched two new flagship smartphones, the OnePlus 15 and OnePlus Ace 6, featuring industry-leading 165 Hz refresh rate displays and exceptionally large battery capacities.
The devices are initially available in China, with a global release anticipated in November 2025. Both models are powered by advanced Qualcomm Snapdragon chipsets, emphasizing high performance.
The OnePlus 15 sports a 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display manufactured by BOE. This panel features ultra-thin 1.15 mm bezels on all four sides.
While the display resolution is a reduction from the OnePlus 13 (2024)’s QHD panel, the refresh rate has been significantly upgraded from 120 Hz to 165 Hz. This makes it the highest refresh rate currently available in the smartphone industry.
Powering the OnePlus 15 is a substantial 7,300 mAh battery. It supports 120W wired fast charging and also includes 50W wireless charging capabilities.
The OnePlus Ace 6 features an even larger 7,800 mAh battery, offering 120W wired fast charging. However, it does not support wireless charging. This model also comes with a 6.83-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display, maintaining the 165 Hz refresh rate found in the OnePlus 15.
The OnePlus 15 runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, built on 3nm technology and capable of speeds up to 4.60 GHz. The OnePlus Ace 6 is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Edition processor.
For its camera system, the OnePlus 15 now utilizes the Lumo Imaging System, developed by OPPO. This marks a departure from OnePlus’s previous collaboration with Hasselblad, following an announcement in January 2024 regarding shared technology development between OnePlus and OPPO.
The OnePlus 15’s camera array includes a 50-megapixel main sensor with a 1/1.56-inch size, a 50-megapixel zoom lens offering 3.5x lossless optical zoom, and a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens with an f/2.0 aperture. The front-facing selfie camera is 32-megapixel.
The OnePlus Ace 6 features a simpler dual-camera setup on the rear, comprising a 50-megapixel main lens and an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens. Its selfie camera is 16-megapixel.
The OnePlus 15 was released in China on October 28, 2025, via the brand’s website. It is available in Absolute Black, Misty Purple, and Sand Dune color options.
Pricing for the OnePlus 15 starts at approximately $552 for the 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage configuration. Other variants include 16 GB RAM + 256 GB storage at about $593, 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage at roughly $634, and 16 GB RAM + 512 GB storage for around $676. The top-tier model, with 16 GB RAM + 1 TB storage, is priced at approximately $745.
OnePlus has not yet disclosed the official release date for the OnePlus Ace 6.
