OnePlus just launched its smallest flagship phone, the OnePlus 13s. Don’t let its size fool you – this tiny phone packs a punch with top-notch specs and hardware. But be prepared for a hefty price tag.
The OnePlus 13s is a special edition phone designed specifically for the Indian market, which is one of the largest smartphone markets in the world. It features a 6.32-inch OLED display with LTPO technology, allowing for a variable refresh rate from 1 Hz to 120 Hz. The screen boasts a 10-bit color standard, Dolby Vision support, and a peak brightness of 1,600 nits.
Camera Capabilities
On the camera front, the OnePlus 13s has a 32-megapixel front camera and a dual-camera setup on the back, consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 50-megapixel zoom lens. Both cameras support 4K video recording at 60 frames per second and Dolby Vision HDR.
Performance and Battery Life
Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, paired with up to 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The phone also features a large 5,850 mAh battery with 80 W SuperVOOC fast charging and a large 4,400 mm² cooling system.
The phone’s slim design measures just 8.15 mm thick and weighs 185 grams, making it lighter than the Google Pixel 9 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro.
Software and Connectivity
The OnePlus 13s runs on OxygenOS 15, based on Android 15, with a range of AI-powered features, including Mind Space, AI VoiceScribe, and a new AI assistant. The phone also supports 5.5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, and NFC, with a dedicated chip for enhanced Wi-Fi and local network performance.
The phone will be available in three colors: Green Silk, Pink Satin, and Black Velvet. The base model with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage will cost ₹54,999, while the top model with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage will cost ₹59,999. The phone is set to launch on June 12, 2025.
