The OnePlus 10T will be presented in august 3, but OnePlus continues to confirm certain aspects of its upcoming high-end smartphone.
now the company confirmed that the OnePlus 10T will support Super fast charging with speeds up to 150W.
The phone will be compatible with the OnePlus 150W SuperVOOC Endurance Edition Chargerwhich will charge the OnePlus 10T’s 4,800mAh battery from zero to full capacity in just 19 minutes in Europe, India and other parts of the world.
OnePlus adds that it has taken steps for the 150W Supervooc Endurance Edition wired charger to enable the OnePlus 10T retains 80% of original battery capacity after 1,600 charges. The company said that equates to about four years of normal use.
OnePlus also claims that it has taken steps to ensure the fast charger is safe. This includes adding a special chip that recognizes both input current and voltage to send the best combination of power to the phone’s battery.
The system also includes two charge pumps, each running at 75W, which should reduce heat and improve efficiency. The system will feature what OnePlus calls a VFC slow charge optimization algorithm, which adjusts the charger’s current and voltage in that last period between 90% and 100%.
