A week after the official presentation of the OnePlus 10 Pro, another important piece of information about the device arrives. It is now known that this top of the range will feature a fast 80W wired charge.
The news comes to us thanks to the 3C certification recently granted to the OnePlus 10 Pro. This Chinese regulator has given its approval to the new smartphone, ensuring that it is ready to go on the market.
OnePlus 10 Pro will feature 80W fast charging
With the confirmation of this detail, it seems that this will be the fastest charging model in the OnePlus portfolio. In fact, the model that held that status was the OnePlus 9 Pro with speeds of 65 W.
Thanks to this charging speed, the OnePlus 10 Pro can stay below the 30-minute barrier for a full battery charge. Please note that this cell must have a capacity of 5000 mAh.
The OnePlus 10 Pro will also have wireless charging that, according to rumors, should be around 50 W. These will be the same speeds as its predecessor, so the brand has decided to innovate only in cable charging.
While the 80W attributed to the OnePlus 10 Pro’s fast charging is impressive, it doesn’t set a maximum in the market. Devices like the Xiaomi 12 Pro have 120 W of charge.
Realme, a brand from the same technological conglomerate as OnePlus, should announce the GT 2 Pro with speeds of 125 W. We are talking about equipment that can fully recharge your battery in just 15 to 20 minutes.
In the rest of the specifications of the OnePlus 10 Pro we should find a 6.7-inch QHD + AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Its processor will be the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, supported by up to 12 GB of RAM.
In the photographic field, a triple set is expected with a 48 MP main lens, a 50 MP wide angle and an 8 MP telephoto lens. Your front camera will be 32 MP.
The official presentation of OnePlus 10 Pro will take place on January 4. It will be temporarily exclusive to the Chinese market, with its arrival in international markets scheduled for March or April.
