A five-year-old girl, Loan Peña, has been missing since June 13 when she vanished from her grandmother’s house in the town of 9 de Julio, Argentina. According to the initial investigation, Loan went missing after going to look for oranges after a family lunch.

Multiple Suspects Emerges as Investigation Continues

Over the past month, the investigation has led to the arrest of seven individuals, including Antonio Benítez, Mónica del Carmen Millapi, Daniel "Fierrito" Ramírez, Carlos Pérez, Victoria Caillava, Walter Maciel, and Laudelina Peña, Benítez’s partner. The suspects were arrested as part of the ongoing investigation into Loan’s disappearance.

New Clues Uncovered in River Search

According to reports, officers in charge of the case will examine objects found in a river pointed out by one of the detainees. The items, which were not included in the case file, were discovered last Saturday. The river is believed to be part of a possible escape route, and the investigation is now focusing on the possibility that Loan is a victim of trafficking.

Latest Raid Uncovers Burnt Clothes and Documents

The latest raid was carried out at the house of Pérez and Caillava, where authorities found six papers in the trash and burnt clothes. The items will be examined to see if any key evidence is found that could lead to progress in the case.
