One person was killed and 15 others, including children, were injured in an explosion at Qala-e-Noki Mosque in the Afghan province of Badghis.
Afghan media quoted local officials as saying that the blast occurred this afternoon at the gate of a mosque in Qala-e-Naw, the capital of Badghis province, as worshipers were leaving the mosque.
Badghis health department chief Asif Qanat said one person was killed and 15 others, including three children, were injured in the blast in the provincial capital.
No group has so far claimed responsibility for the blast, but ISIS has been involved in bombings of mosques and public places across Afghanistan since the Taliban came to power.
