Oladipo and Adebayo take advantage of the beast’s absence

Giannis Antetokounmpo missed his second straight game in Miami and the Milwaukee Bucks suffered their second straight loss. Opposite, the Miami Heat win for the third consecutive game and are placed just half a game behind the sixth place in the East. After setting a career high for scoring with 28 points a couple of days ago, Nigeria international Gabe Vincent had 27 points on 11/14 shooting from the field, including 5 of 8 3-pointers. He also added five steals, three rebounds and two assists.

The team led by Erik Spoelstra was not behind on the scoreboard except for an initial deficit of one point. However, a 15-point lead was cut to one shot in the second half before creating another double-digit difference and finally beating the Bucks pretty neatly. Bam Adebayo scored 14 of his 20 points and Victor Oladipo 11 of his own 20 points in the last quarter, emerging as the late executors of the duel, clearly taking advantage of Antetokounmpo’s absence to do and undo at will in the rival’s zone.
