Occupied Kashmir, 5 Indian soldiers killed in Mujahideen attack

5 Indian soldiers were martyred in an attack by Mujahideen in the Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir illegally occupied by India.

According to Kashmir Media Service, 5 soldiers were killed and several personnel including an officer were injured in an attack on Indian forces in Kundi area of ​​the district.

The forces personnel were conducting search and siege operations in the area.

The Indian Army has claimed that the ‘libertarians’ detonated explosives during the military operation which led to these deaths.

According to the statement, the Indian military teams deployed in the adjacent areas have reached the spot and the injured personnel have been shifted to Command Hospital Udhampur. Military operations are ongoing in the area and more details are awaited.

The spokesperson of the Indian Army said that the terrorists who had taken refuge in this cave had escaped with military weapons after attacking an army truck in Poonch district on April 20 and killing 5 personnel.

Meanwhile, an inspector of the Indian Central Reserve Police Force fell down from a mountain and died during an operation in Sunderbani area of ​​Rajouri district.
