“It’s been quite a grind,” he admits. “Everyone around here has really put in the effort to give me a hand.” He stepped into the manager’s role, taking over from Graham Potter, and has been steering the Hammers ever since. Instead, the roles often pick us.” He also made sure to show class toward his predecessor. “I have sympathy for Graham,” he stated clearly. “He’s someone I look up to, and I hold immense respect for him.”
