Noble got bail with surety

The court has granted bail to musician Mainul Ahsan Nobel in the case of embezzlement of money through fraud.

On Monday (May 22), Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Shafiuddin granted the bail after the hearing.

On this day, the accused Noble was brought to court after remand. After that, the investigating officer of the case, DB Inspector Humayun Kabir requested to keep him in jail.

On the other hand, his lawyer Abdullah Al Mamun applied for bail. Plaintiff Safayet Islam was present during the hearing. The plaintiff told the court that he had received the money. He has no objection to bail.
Then the court granted his bail on a surety of Tk 10,000.

Earlier, at the end of May 20, the court denied bail and granted his one-day remand.

The representative of SSC batch 2016 of Shariatpur’s Vedarganj Headquarters Pilot High School was arrested on the charge of fraud on May 16 at Motijheel police station in the capital. Safayet Islam sued as plaintiff. The next day on May 17, the court accepted the statement of the case and ordered to submit the report on July 9.

Dhaka Metropolitan Detective Police arrested Nobel in this case.
