The Japanese market will see two versions: a multi-language edition and a Japan-only edition locked to Japanese accounts. The multi-language version is priced at 69,980 yen, while the Japan-only edition comes in at 49,980 yen. This significant price difference is likely due to global market and currency factors.
So, what’s under the hood? The Switch 2 boasts a 7.9-inch screen with a 1080p resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It also supports HDR. The Joy-Con controllers have larger SL/SR buttons and analog sticks, and they’re now attached to the console using magnets. You can even use the Joy-Con as a mouse. Launch Details
