NFTs are becoming increasingly popular. Influencers, actors, businessmen or athletes have joined this community. At the moment, it has not been confirmed how they would work on the platform, but it seems that users of the social network they will be able to take their NFT files to Instagram to show them to their contacts or to trade with them.
In December, Instagram CEO Adam Mosseri claimed that the company was “actively exploring” NFTs with the goal of bringing the technology to a broader audience. In his own Instagram account through a story, Mosseri said that it was an interesting place that opens new avenues of innovation for content creators.
In this way, Zuckerberg added that these non-fungible tokens also fit cWith parent company Meta’s broader vision of a lucrative interconnected virtual world filled with digital goods.
