New law for those deported from Saudi Arabia

Riyadh: Saudi Arabia has made changes to its immigration laws over the past year, the most important of which is the deportation, which is called “deportation” in Arabic.

In the past, deportees were barred from entering the country for a certain period of time, but since the new law came into force, significant changes have taken place in this regard, which is important for immigrants living in Saudi Arabia to know.

One person found out from the permits that after being deported in the case of Hurob 6 years ago, can they now come on other visas?

In response to the question, Jawazat said that in case of deportation in Hroub case or for any other reason, they are blacklisted for life. Only then can the kingdom come.

It should be noted that a new immigration law has been issued in the country since last year, according to which those who are deported from the country through the deportation department are blacklisted in the country forever.

Such people cannot come to Saudi Arabia on any work visa for life. They can only come to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah or Hajj.

Prior to the immigration law, which came into force last year, people passing through the travel department were blacklisted for a limited time.
