New law for deportees from Saudi Arabia

Riyadh: Strict laws have been imposed on people deported from Saudi Arabia, under which important instructions have been given to those deported from Saudi Arabia.

Under the new rules, substantial amendments have also been made to “harrow” and deportees, which are being implemented.

Under new Saudi immigration rules, immigrants who exit on charges of “haroob” are barred from entering the kingdom permanently.

People who are blacklisted can come to the country only on Umrah and Hajj visas. They are not allowed to enter the country on any type of work visa.

It should be noted that before the new law, people who were deported from the country were blacklisted for a limited period.

In the past, the blacklisting period was determined by the case officer depending on the nature of the crime and the proceedings, which ranged from three to 10 years.

Under the new law, deportees cannot enter the country for life. The files of such persons are sealed in the central computer of the licenses whereas in the past they were fixed for a period but since the enactment of the new law the file of such persons is sealed permanently.

As far as getting a print of the license is concerned, any foreign worker can get it through their sponsor’s resident platform.

It can also be obtained by referring to licenses. To obtain a print, a residence number is required, through which a printout of the permits, in which the worker’s status, residence number and details of residence are recorded.

Regarding the exodus, one person asked how long it would take for the departure and return to be canceled if they did not return.

In response to the question, the justices said that those who go out and return must return within the stipulated period (except in the current Corona situation).

The file of those who do not return on the exit and return visa in the central computer of the permit is automatically canceled six months after the expiry of the exit promise and they are included in the category of ‘exit wilm yad’. Is.

It should be noted that according to the law of licenses, those who violate the law of departure and return are blacklisted for the state for three years.

This law only applies to workers, not to workers’ families. Blacklisted workers can come to the country on a second visa of their former sponsor if they wish during the prescribed period, otherwise they can come on a second work visa after the prescribed period of three years.

In addition, they are allowed to come on Umrah and Hajj visas during the prescribed blacklisting period.
