New Book: Prince Andrew Cheated on Fergie with 12+ Women in First Marriage Year

It seems like the private life of Prince Andrew is back in the spotlight, thanks to a revealing new book. The Duke of York, now 65, reportedly wasn’t exactly a picture of faithfulness during his first year of marriage to Sarah Ferguson.

A new book titled ‘Entitled’ by Andrew Lownie contains some pretty eyebrow-raising claims. An excerpt, shared by the Daily Mail, quotes Andrew’s former chauffeur. This driver states that Andrew slept with more than a dozen women before his first wedding anniversary.

The chauffeur, described as a royal source in the book, painted a difficult picture for Sarah Ferguson. “Sarah found out Andrew wasn’t coming home during some of his leaves,” the driver explained. “He was going elsewhere, and this drove her crazy.” The source added that Sarah “didn’t like being a ‘land widow.'” Finding out Andrew’s absences were on purpose really hurt her. The book even claims there was one year when Andrew spent only 42 days at home.

Andrew and Ferguson tied the knot in July 1986. Their marriage lasted a decade, ending in divorce in May 1996. Despite going their separate ways, they’ve managed to stay quite close. Just recently, on August 4, they were seen together. This sighting happened mere days after the initial details from this tell-all book surfaced. The former couple shares two daughters: Princess Beatrice, 36, and Princess Eugenie, 35.

The book suggests that Andrew and Ferguson’s marriage was a roller coaster. Ferguson’s psychic healer reportedly recalled her saying Andrew “just isn’t strong enough.” The psychic also stated that Ferguson felt Andrew “was never there when I needed him.” For those keeping score, the book also delves into Ferguson’s rumored romance with Steve Wyatt.

The Guardian also shared additional claims from the book. It alleges that during a trip to Bangkok, Andrew had “more than 10 [women] a day” coming into his hotel room.

The book doesn’t stop there. It also suggests Andrew and Prince Harry once had a physical argument. However, Prince Harry denied this specific claim to Us Weekly.

These new details only add to Andrew’s already complicated public image. He lost his royal title and became a disgraced member of the royal family in 2019. This happened during the scandal surrounding his connection to the late Jeffrey Epstein, who died by suicide at 66 in August 2019.

At that time, the late Virginia Giuffre accused both Andrew and Epstein of sexual assault. Andrew denied any wrongdoing in a notorious 2019 interview with BBC’s ‘Newsnight’ program. During that interview, Andrew said he didn’t remember meeting Giuffre, even though a photo of them together existed. Giuffre later filed a lawsuit against Andrew in 2021. The following year, they reached an out-of-court settlement for an undisclosed amount. Giuffre tragically passed away by suicide at age 41 in April.

‘Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York’ is set to hit bookshelves on August 14.
