“Never paid my daughter’s fees, now I am playing the victim card,” are the allegations made by the IAS woman against Nitish Bhardwaj

Nitish Bhardwaj gained huge popularity with the role of ‘Lord Krishna’ in BR Chopra’s TV series Mahabharata. He also worked in films like Vishnu Puran, Mohenjo Daro, Kedarnath and many popular shows like Samantar Season 1-2. Currently, Nitish is in the headlines regarding his personal life. He has made many allegations against his ex-wife Smita, including that he tortured her mentally and did not allow her to meet their twin daughters. Now the actor’s wife has also broken her silence and accused Nitish of playing the victim card.

In the recent interview with Free Press Journal, Smita spoke candidly about her estranged husband Nitish Bhardwaj and made some shocking revelations. Smita said, “Nitish wanted me to quit my job. When I didn’t agree, he filed for divorce. And when I was ready for a divorce, he agreed to demand money for the divorce, which I refused, and then he started playing the victim card.

Earlier, Nitish had accused his wife of not allowing him to meet his daughters Devyani and Shivranjani. However, during the interview, Smita claimed that her estranged husband was trying to play the victim card as he had only recently met their daughters. He said, “On February 13, 2024, Nitish Bhardwaj deliberately avoided meeting the children. And a day later, on February 14, he held a press conference and claimed that I had not allowed him to meet the children without thinking about what impact that would have on the children.

On Saturday, February 17, 2024, Nitish met his daughters at our house in the presence of family friends and a police officer. This visit lasted about 30 minutes, and at the end the daughters began to cry.
