Netflix has just unveiled the ranking of the 10 most watched films and series in France for the moment. Topping the list is the film In Troubled Waters where Jason Statham faces off against a prehistoric shark.
After years of silence, Netflix is gradually starting to communicate about audiences for series and films in its catalog. Since last year, the streaming giant has also posted a national top of the most popular content of its platform on the interface.

In France, the current ranking is dominated by In troubled waters, an action and adventure film with Jason statham. The feature film features a team of researchers exploring the seabed. After run-ins with a giant octopus, the researchers’ submarine is targeted by a Megalodon, a 23-meter-long prehistoric shark.
- In troubled waters
- Sweet girl
- Welcome to the Louds
- tomb Raider
- Outer Banks
- Gone forever
- Alrawabi School for Girls
- Under the same roof
- Mr Robot
- The Witcher the Wolf’s Nightmare
In second position, we find Sweet girl, a breathtaking thriller with Jason momoa. The actor plays a man in search of revenge after the death of his wife. Third place is occupied by Welcome to the Louds, an animated film intended for the youngest.
Among the small nuggets of the ranking, we find the film Tomb Raider with Alicia Vikander. This 2018 remake / reboot tells the story of how 21-year-old Lara Croft sets out to find her missing father. The young woman is convinced that he is not dead.
We also recommend the series Outer Banks, whose second season was recently released. The series tells the story of how a bunch of teenage party-goers stumble upon a mysterious treasure buried underwater. Ignoring the danger, they set out to recover the treasure, a hoard of $ 400 million. This rather classic adventure film is distinguished by its atypical setting: South Carolina, in the bands of sand. Finally, do not hesitate to immerse yourself in the youth of the witcher Vesemir with The Witcher the Wolf’s Nightmare, an animated film derived from the homonymous series.
