Josh Naylor hit a grand slam with two outs in the ninth inning and a three-run homer in the 11th, fueling an impressive comeback that gave the Cleveland Guardians a 12-9 victory over the Chicago White Sox on Tuesday night.

Naylor also had an RBI double in the eighth and finished with eight RBIs for the Guardians, who stunned Chicago from behind to overcome an 8-2 deficit in the ninth, helped by two White Sox errors.

Andrés Giménez led off the inning with a homer and drove in one with a double in the 10th for Cleveland, which snapped Chicago’s six-game winning streak. After a streak of seven stumbles, the Guardians have won eight of 10.

Emmanuel Clase (1-2) claimed the win after pitching a one-hit, one-run inning, while closer Trevor Stephan earned his first save of the year with a perfect 11th inning. Ryan Burr (0-1) took the loss after giving up Naylor’s grand slam in the last.

For the Guardians, the Dominicans José Ramírez 4-0, with two runs scored; Francisco Reyes 5-0; Amed Rosario 5-3, with one scored. The Venezuelan Andrés Giménez 5-2, with one scored and two RBIs.

For the White Sox, the Cubans Yoan Moncada 4-1, with a run scored; Jose Abreu 6-0; Luis Robert 4-1, with two runs scored; Yasmani Grandal 4-0, with a run scored. Dominican Leury García 4-1, with a run scored.
