According to ETimes, information about Alia has recently come to light that the Dubai government has sent her a notice to vacate the house due to non-payment of rent. In this regard, a source revealed that following the Bombay HC order, Nawazuddin was required to carry out financial transactions but failed to do so.

The notice sent to Alia states that due to non-payment of rent, Alia will now have to pay Rs 27,183.00 and also vacate the house. If she fails to do so, legal action will be taken against her. Now Alia will take help from the Indian Embassy in Dubai in this matter.

Earlier in May, Alia had told ETimes in an interview that Nawaz had also come to Dubai to meet her in connection with the property. Then I said to him, “I want him to change the Dubai house contract on his behalf. This gives me and the children more security. As for the share of the money, Nawaz will now pay as per the court orders.” We do it. I think we should resolve the issue of compromise now.”
