Dominican singing sensation Natti Natasha is spreading joy, but not just for herself. Expecting her second child, the star has planned a very special baby shower. It’s not about receiving gifts for her new little one. Instead, she’s turning the celebration into a heartwarming event for her fans and community.
Natti Natasha, known for her vibrant music, is currently living one of her happiest moments. She announced her second pregnancy back in June. Now, with her husband, Puerto Rican producer Raphy Pina, she’s inviting everyone to a unique baby shower. This big party will happen on September 28 at the Mall of San Juan.
The couple made it clear this won’t be a typical celebration. Natti shared an emotional message online, saying, “It’s not a ‘baby shower’ for me, it’s a ‘baby shower’ for you. A gift from our family for Puerto Rico and my Dominican community!” They are hoping to bring everyone together for a good cause.
So, what’s the catch? Natti Natasha is asking her attendees to bring gifts, but not for her growing family. She wants her fans to bring donations for those who are struggling. She asked for canned food, toys, diapers, clothes, or any other helpful items. These will go to local charities in Puerto Rico. “The only thing you have to do is bring a small gift for those who need it most,” she explained in a promotional video.
The baby shower promises a lively atmosphere with plenty of fun for everyone. It will feature live music and special performances. The stage will be packed with surprises, including entertainers like JD, the Doctor Parto show, motivator and illusionist John Michael Colón, and DJ Luian, who will make sure everyone hits the dance floor.
Because of her pregnancy, Natti Natasha had to put her music tour on hold. It was first planned for this year, but she moved it to 2026. Despite these changes, Natti sees her pregnancy as a “gift from God” that arrived at just the right time.
Natti Natasha and Raphy Pina’s relationship has been quite a journey. It has included romance, music, rumors, a surprise first pregnancy, a public engagement, and now, a second baby on the way. Since they started dating in 2018, the couple has built a strong, open connection, facing many challenges along the way.
Their toughest year came in 2022. Raphy Pina was sentenced to 41 months in prison. This was for illegally owning firearms found at one of his properties in Caguas, Puerto Rico. During this difficult time, Natti kept their relationship strong with loyalty and love. She shared heartfelt messages on social media and publicly supported him every step of the way.
While Pina was away, Natti continued her successful music career. She released hits like ‘Mayor que usted’ and ‘La falta que me haces,’ which she dedicated to Pina. She also grew as a mother and an important figure in the urban music scene. In 2024, Pina was released from prison after serving his time in a federal facility.
Even after his release, Pina is still on probation for three years. This includes electronic monitoring and some travel limits. However, his return home meant a new chapter for the family. He has been able to enjoy private moments again with Natti and their daughter. Since coming home, Pina has kept a lower profile. Still, he has hinted on social media that he is working on new music projects and settling back into daily life with the urban artist.
