“My chair is over”, Rafi pointed to Shakib

‘When they are watching Raihan Rafi’s movie becoming a super duper hit. Then they got tensed, now my chair is over…’

This is what director Raihan Rafi said pointing to Shakib Khan. The young producer made such comments in a press conference in the capital on Monday.

Raihan Rafi said, ‘They want no one to stand in this industry whose movies are hits.

We want to tell the story of Jayjaykar of the cinema industry all the time. Why should we tell you that there is no film industry, the film industry is dead, we cannot eat, begging the Prime Minister; Why?’

Talking about the success of his movie, Rafi said, ‘Our country has enough talented directors, actors, we have a place to do business. As our audience watched the movie, the seats were knee-deep in rain but not a single one was left empty. None of you can show that the seat is empty.

Rafi said that Shakib thinks his chair is over. In this context, Rafi also said, ‘does that mean there is no fault of our audience, there is a side they want to maintain this thing that no one’s movies are played except ours. They are watching Raihan Rafi’s movie becoming a super duper hit. Then they got tensed, now my chair is over.

Raihan Rafi thinks that they are belittling themselves by doing this, he said, this branding will last for a lifetime, no one’s movie will run except my movie. This is the industry norm. This rule must be broken. That’s why they are doing what they are doing, not being able to do it directly, they are doing it through different channels. I would urge them that you are doing yourself a disservice.
