Together they brought the score to 131 runs at the end of 15 overs. There was a partnership of 43 runs off 33 balls for the fifth wicket between the two. Tim David returned to the pavilion after playing an innings of 13 runs on 13 balls in this match.

In this match, the Mumbai team took the fifth hit with a score of 148. After this, in the later overs, the team kept losing wickets at frequent intervals, thus no runs could be scored at a fast pace.
