Before that, he spent two seasons with Lampre-Mérida. Oliveira truly broke into the sport’s global elite in 2011, making his mark with RadioShack. Right now, Oliveira is focused on recovery. He’s healing from a right-hand injury. He picked up the injury at the Hamburg Classic in mid-August. But don’t count him out yet. He’s already preparing for his return to competition. His comeback race will be at the European Championships in France.
