Motorola with news on the way for Netflix and Amazon users

Motorola is committed to (re)conquering the mobile market and has very interesting news on the way, especially for Netflix and Amazon users.

For example, the Tab G70 tablet that arrives on January 18 and the Edge 30 Pro smartphone that should have a worldwide launch. Below, we give you all the details.

It was in the Google Play Console that the Motorola Tab G70 was first spotted, and that’s how we learned of the Motorola tablet’s existence. But now, the Flipkart listing reveals almost all the specifications that we can expect to see in the brand’s next tablet.

According to that listing, the device has an 11-inch screen with a 2K resolution, 400 nits of brightness, and an aspect ratio of 15:9. But best of all, it is Widevine certified, allowing users to watch high-definition content from Netflix and Amazon.

The Tab G70 will also be equipped with the MediaTek Helio G90T processor combined with 4 GB of RAM, however, the capacity of the internal storage is not yet known.

Motorola’s new tablet will be powered by a 7,700 mAh battery with support for 20-watt fast charging and on the optical side it will have an 8-megapixel front camera and a 13-megapixel primary sensor.

As we already mentioned, the Motorola Tab G70 is scheduled to arrive on January 18, but it’s unclear if it will be available globally or if it will “land” in select markets first.

Motorola was the first brand to make available, in the Chinese market, a smartphone equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. But now it seems that this model will travel to the rest of the world’s markets and that it will adopt the Motorola Edge 30 Pro designation: in China it is known as Motorola Edge X30.

Taking into account that the international model is a version of the well-known Edge X30, the terminal is expected to be equipped with a 6.7-inch OLED screen with Full HD + resolution and a refresh rate of 144 Hz.

On the optical side, we can count on a 60-megapixel front camera that will do wonders for selfies and a triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a third depth sensor with 2 megapixels.

For the rest, as already mentioned, it will have the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 paired with up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It will run Android 12 on the My UI interface and be powered by a beefy 5,000mAh battery with support for 68W fast charging.
