On March 30, we will finally have the opportunity to discover Morbiusthe second film about a villain from Spider Verse after the two catastrophic opuses of Venom in 2018 and 2021. Should it originally be released during the summer of 2020, the covid-19 pandemic will have pushed Morbius to constantly move back in the studio’s release schedule sony. However, this does not prevent some from having had the chance (or not) to have already been able to discover the feature film of Daniel Espinosa on the big screen. And we see that despite more promising visuals than Venom, the film seems to suffer from many weaknesses that make it an inevitable disappointment. The palm seems to return to the post-generic scene, the content of which we will reveal to you below. Selected pieces :
Well, #Morbius is about as bad as it gets. A 2005 plot collides with visually confusing CGI to create a bit of a rehearsal fest. But don’t worry, they saved the worst for last. Featuring some of the worst post-credits scenes you’ve EVER seen, Sony is out of its rocker.
Well, #Morbius unfortunately isn’t great (some really shoddy vfx plots and 00s) and certainly not as fun as Venom. Really confused about the future of the Sony Spiderverse after post-credits scenes and editing
Matt Smith is clearly having fun!
#Morbius proves that no matter how many famous faces or brilliant visuals you throw in, Sony will always find a way to impressively misunderstand the core storytelling.
In #Morbius, Matt Smith takes care of the location gloriously and Oliver Wood brings visual flair to the action sequences. Other than that, the bad plotting and messy cgi, confusing editing and worst sound mixing result in absolute inconsistency But the post-credits manage to do it all
Regarding the post-credit scene here is its content and the reasons for the discontent of the first fans who saw Morbius. At the end of the movie, Adrian Toomes (The Vulture played by Michael Keaton) arrives in the Sony Universe by the fate of Weird that we see at the end of No Way Home. He arrives in a prison but is released because everyone wonders why this guy who did nothing is imprisoned. Shortly after, in the post-credits scene, we would find the Dr. Morbius (Jared Leto) driving a car in the desert. He stops suddenly because something flying in the distance reaches him, it’s the Vulture in his costume Homecoming who joins him to offer him an alliance to fight Spiderman.
We are therefore in a real teasing of Sinister Six, sold for ages by multiple teasers. However, everything is done clumsily here. If the characters in No Way Home (Venom, the other two Spider-Men) return home after the resolution of the spell of Weirdit is inconsistent to see the Adrian Toomes from the MCU do the reverse. The character appears all the more absorbed by the idea of fighting Spiderman rather than returning to his dimension and his family he apparently left behind. An inconsistent choice of trajectory that crowds out Toomes of the MCU as his potential association with the Scorpion could be central to the future adventures of Tom Holland’s weaver.
