Morata wants to press to play for Barça

According to the twitter account Siempre Cules, Alvaro Morata intends to push to sign for the FC Barcelona in the next summer transfer market.

Despite being a starter at Juventus in Turin with Massimiliano Allegri, the Italian team does not intend to pay the 40 million euros requested by Atlético de Madrid to close your sale. And his agent, Juanma López, is planning to meet with FC Barcelona in the coming months to offer the striker back to the club.

A new interest in Álvaro Morata

The Blaugrana team tried to close their incorporation in winter before closing the signing of Pierre Emerick Aubameyang (who ended up arriving as a free agent after terminating his contract with Arsenal), but it was not achieved because Atlético de Madrid did not want to reinforce a direct rival in the League and due to the economic demands of both clubs.

On the other hand, Barcelona is trying to sign a center forward in the summer with Erling Braut Haaland as the main option. The problem is that the Norwegian requires an investment that the club cannot make at the moment, so they would be looking for a plan B to strengthen the position.

Other names that were sounding were those of Alexander Isak from Real Sociedad and Robert Lewandowski from Bayern Munich, but both have a much higher price than Morata. The Spaniard wants to return to La Liga and Barcelona’s option continues to sound loud in recent hours.
