Monchi will lend its shareholding support to Del Nido

That Monchi’s relationship with the current Sevilla rectors was more than deteriorated after his departure continues to cost itself day by day. At the gates of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting called at the request of former president José María del Nido to overthrow the current Board, it has been known that Monchi’s shares will vote in the same direction as those of the former president.

This is revealed by ABC, which affirms that the twenty shares of Monchi will be represented by Enrique de la Cerda, current director of the club that represents the interests of José María del Nido father. All a gibberish that means that Monchi, since his new position at Aston Villa, is closer to the opposition of President José Castro than to the current president.

The Seville Shareholders’ Meeting will take place next Thursday and the dismissal of the current Council will be voted on.
