Mohsina Bano, the daughter of a pan vendor, made her parents proud

Mohsina Bano, the daughter of paan vendor Haji Ikram in India, has made her parents proud by securing 7th rank in the PCS exam. She will now become a Deputy Collector.

According to Indian media reports, Mohsina Bano, a resident of Tecumgarh district in the state of Madhya Pradesh, was given an award by the collector for topping the district in class 10 and topping the district in class 10.

This motivation encouraged Mohsina Bano to enter the civil service and the daughter of a father who ran a paan shop succeeded in becoming a Deputy Collector.

In the final election results released by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPCS), Mohsina Bano, daughter of Haji Ikram Khan, a resident of Tecumgarh, has secured the 7th rank.

Mohsina Bano’s father Haji Ikram runs a paan and grocery shop near the old bus stand in the city. Mother Shahjahan Bano is an anganwadi worker.

Relatives said that Mohsina has been interested in studies since childhood. Stayed in the city and got the third position in the district in the 10th standard of primary education. District topper in 12th in Mathematics subject from Excellence School.

Mohsina said that she was given an award both times by the former collector for achieving success in 10th and 12th, which has motivated her to join the civil service.

The exam results of the year 2021 were released in the last few days. With 5th rank in it, Mohsina had succeeded to become Naib Tehsildar in UP. Joining on April 27, Mohsina was supposed to go for training in Jhansi but was already selected as Deputy Collector.
