He revealed that his connection to the army goes back 16 years. During their chat, he and the Army Chief talked about boosting the efficiency of the Territorial Army (TA) battalion. This special event, named ‘Malayalam Vanolam Lalsalam,’ took place in Thiruvananthapuram on a Saturday. Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan personally presented Mohanlal with a commendation letter. This letter was beautifully penned by the esteemed poet Prabha Varma on behalf of the state government.
