MIUI 12.5 Enhanced may arrive globally in September

Xiaomi distributed MIUI 12.5 Enhanced to some of their recent flagships. This update supposedly offers better performance compared to MIUI 12.5.

For now, MIUI 12.5 Enhanced has caught up with Mi 10 Pro and Redmi K30S Ultra, also known as Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro outside of China.

According to the change logs for both, MIUI 12.5 Enhanced has the following changes:

  • Fast performance. More autonomy between charges
  • Focused Algorithms: Our new algorithms will dynamically allocate system resources based on specific scenes, ensuring a smooth experience across all models.
  • Atomized memory: The ultra-thin memory management mechanism will make using RAM more efficient.
  • Liquid Storage: New Responsive Storage Engines will keep your system vibrant and responsive over time.
  • Smart balancing: System core enhancements allow your device to make the most of the flagship hardware specs.

Apparently, Xiaomi could launch MIUI 12.5 Enhanced also outside China. According to the blog Adimorah, Xiaomi could release the first global versions next month.

Presumably, Xiaomi will only do this after releasing the enhanced MIUI 12.5 for the devices it has confirmed so far, including the Mi 11 Ultra, Mi 11, Mi 10, Mi 10 Pro, Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro, POCO F3 and POCO F2 Pro.
