Mithali retains third place in ICC ODI ranking, Jhulan Goswami is second among bowlers

Indian captain Mithali Raj has maintained her third position on the hitters list in recent International Cricket Council (ICC) rankings, while her compatriot Jhulan Goswami remains second on the list of bowlers. There have been no changes to the top 10 in the women’s batting rankings.

Mithali is behind South African Lizelle Lee (761) and Australian Alyssa Healy (750) with 738 points. Another Indian batsman, Smriti Mandhana, remains in sixth place with 710 points.

On the list of bowlers, Jhulan (727) ranks second after Australian Jess Jonassen (760). Pakistan’s left-arm spinner Nashra Sandhu, who took two wickets for 24 races against Bangladesh in the ICC Women’s World Cup Qualifier in Zimbabwe on Sunday, has moved up four places to 17th. Bangladesh hitters have benefited.
