Mirzapur The Film: Star Cast Revealed, Releasing 2026

The highly anticipated film adaptation of the popular web series “Mirzapur” is officially moving forward. Titled “Mirzapur The Film,” the movie has secured a theatrical release date in 2026.

This big-screen rendition will bring back many beloved characters from the acclaimed streaming show. Fans can expect to see Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, and Divyendu reprise their iconic roles.

Abhishek Banerjee is confirmed to return as the mysterious compounder. Sonal Chauhan is also joining the cast in an undisclosed role. Media reports suggest Jitendra Kumar will portray Babool Pandit, though this role remains unconfirmed. He has, however, joined the film’s team.

Gurmmeet Singh is set to direct the crime thriller. Excel Entertainment is producing the feature.

Actor Ali Fazal, who plays Guddu Pandit, previously shared images featuring the ensemble cast from the film’s set. His social media activity has frequently fueled fan anticipation for the project.

In one such post, Fazal shared a picture with co-stars Pankaj Tripathi (Kaleen Bhaiya), Divyendu (Munna Tripathi), Abhishek Banerjee, and Jitendra Kumar. The caption read, “The stars of the Mirzapur team. Seven here, 120 there. The film ‘120 Bahadur’ is in theaters, please watch it. And us? Please wait for us a little. We are coming your way.
