The Albiceleste international was chosen number 23 by the Timberwolves in the 2020 draft, which earned him a contract of more than 11 million dollars for four seasons. But, as with first-round players, the first two are fully guaranteed (for about 4.5 million total) and the third and fourth depend on one-sided franchise renewal options.
Bolmaro had a contract with Barcelona until 2023 and a clause of almost one million euros. He will pay it, with the help of the Wolves, who by agreement can only put a maximum of $ 750,000 (about 635,000 euros) on their part. The rest will be paid by the player, who has the presence in the Wolves organization chart of his compatriot Pablo Prigioni.
