Milwaukee Bucks player confesses that nobody can defend Jimmy Butler

The Miami Heat are one win over the Boston Celtics from reaching the NBA Finals as representatives of the Eastern Conference and in large part is due to Jimmy Butler’s dominating performances throughout the postseason.

Butler and the Heat eliminated the East’s top-seeded Milwaukee Bucks and multiple players tried to defend the Miami forward, all to no avail.

jrue holidayBucks defensive specialist, stated in Ros Gold-Onwude’s Sideline Stroll with Ros program, that it didn’t matter if LeBron James or Michael Jordan had defended Butler because the six-time All-Star is playing on another level.

On a lot of the plays Jimmy made, there was nothing I could do. There was nothing anyone could do. It doesn’t matter if it was Brook (Lopez), if it was LeBron James or Michael Jordan on him. Jimmy was playing on a different level,” Holiday said.

Butler played superlatively against the Bucks since the average 37.6 points, 6.0 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 1.8 steals in 37.2 minutes of play. Also, in Game 4 he exploded with 56 points.

The other five were by the Denver Nuggets over the Seattle SuperSonics in 1994; the New York Knicks over the Miami Heat in 1999; the Golden State Warriors against the Dallas Mavericks in 2007; the Memphis Grizzlies against the San Antonio Spurs in 2011; and the Philadelphia 76ers against the Chicago Bulls in 2012.
