Many desktop users use Microsoft Teams. And now, Microsoft has just released an app that promises to change the way teams and colleagues interact in hybrid work environments.
Everything happens with the launch of the new Games for work app🇧🇷 This application is integrated into Microsoft Teamsand promises to bring fun to a more serious work environment.
In a statement, Microsoft says that through “Games for Work, the participants of any meeting will be able to have fun with a suite of interactive games available directly in Teams.”

These include the Microsoft Solitaire, Microsoft Minesweeper, Microsoft Icebreaker, and Microsoft Wordament🇧🇷 It promises to integrate directly into your workflow, so you can enjoy a seamless experience during meetings.
The best thing is that even in gatherings with many people, everyone can play. This is because it allows between 2 and 250 players to be playing simultaneously.
“The app was designed to enhance connection and strengthen relationships among coworkers, which is especially important at a time when many employees feel disconnected from their teams in hybrid work environments,” Microsoft says.
The company also points out that, according to its figures, half of the employees feel that relations with the work teams have been declining. Specifically, 43% feel very distant from their company in general.
Using Games for Work, team members will certainly be able to establish a more relaxed relationship in virtual meetings with coworkers.
