This year’s theme for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Gala, which aims to raise funds for the Costume Institute, was “In America: A Lexicon of Fashion,” a tribute to American fashion.
Kim Kardashian arrived on the steps of the MET covered from head to toe in a black jumpsuit with a long train signed Balenciaga. Only his ponytail protruded from the hood. It didn’t take any more for Internet users to compare her to a dementor, a ghostly creature from the Harry Potter saga.
