Pop star Meghan Trainor has been turning heads lately, and her latest red carpet appearance just added more fuel to the fire. The singer, 31, looked absolutely radiant at the Los Angeles premiere of Peacock’s new show, The Paper. She really brought some classic Hollywood glam to the event.
Trainor rocked a sharp black and white shorts outfit. She paired it with sheer stockings and cute low-heeled shoes. Her blonde hair was pulled back into a chic bun, completing her polished look. By her side was her husband, actor Daryl Sabara, 33, best known from the Spy Kids movies. He matched her vibe in an all-black ensemble. The couple wasn’t shy about showing some affection, making it clear they’re still very much in love. Meghan and Daryl tied the knot in 2019 and are proud parents to two boys, Riley, 4, and Barry, 2.

This public appearance happened just days after Trainor subtly addressed online comments about her changing look. On August 22, she posted a TikTok video lip-syncing to Megan Thee Stallion’s song "Her." Meghan captioned the clip, "Glam team really did their thing," giving a shout-out to her hair and makeup artists.
In the video, she mouthed the words, "I don’t give a damn if these bitches don’t like me. Cause like, I’m pretty. Just the other day, I heard a bitch say. Actually, what could a bitch say with a face like this and being so bad? Sh*t." It seemed like a direct message to anyone throwing shade her way.
Her transformation has actually been a hot topic for several months. Back in March, she proudly showed off a breast augmentation and lift. Then, in April, the singer openly shared that both she and Daryl had used a GLP-1 medication to help with weight loss.
Meghan spilled the details on her podcast, "Workin’ On It," during an April episode. "We did 75 Hard after [our son] Riley was born, and we actually crushed it," she explained. "Then we heard more and more friends and even our doctors were using Mounjaro and Ozempic." They decided to go with Mounjaro, explaining it seemed to have "fewer side effects" compared to other similar weight loss shots. These GLP-1 injections are usually prescribed to adults with diabetes to help manage their weight.
She admitted her initial thoughts were, "I don’t want any of that," and "I know how to do it on my own." She believed she "could achieve it" without help. But after talking to her doctor and doing her own research, she felt good about the decision. Since Meghan and Daryl "do everything together," he joined her on the medication journey. Daryl even mentioned gaining some "sympathy weight" during pregnancy. He added, "We’ve been on this process for a while and learned what the right way to do it is."
