MediaMarkt has introduced a new initiative to reward customer loyalty, called miMediaMarkt. This program allows customers to earn points for their purchases, which can be redeemed for gift cards and exclusive benefits.
Membership is free and open to all customers on the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands who are of legal age. Registration can be completed in-store, online, or through the app, and new members will receive 200 gift points as a welcome bonus.
Aingeru Duarte, Head of Digital at MediaMarkt Spain, stated, «We are excited to launch miMediaMarkt, our new loyalty club, which aims to show appreciation for our customers’ loyalty and create personalized experiences that add value to their purchases.»
A pilot project for miMediaMarkt was launched at the end of October, and the results have been promising, with 335,000 registrations, a 40% increase in average spending per customer, and 62% more engagement in the app.

The creation of this loyalty program demonstrates MediaMarkt’s commitment to active listening and adapting to the needs of its customers. By doing so, the company can offer exclusive discounts and promotions on products and services that are of genuine interest to its customers.
MediaMarkt has an average NPS score of 59, reflecting the high quality of its omnichannel service. The launch of miMediaMarkt is expected to further personalize customer service and increase customer satisfaction.
