Dutch driver Max Verstappen (Red Bull) won the final race of the 2020 season of the Formula 1 World Championship, the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on Sunday, in a race that dominated from the first to the last lap.
Verstappen left Valtteri Bottas (Mercedes) in second position, at 15.976 seconds, with the Finn securing second place in the championship. Briton Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes), already champion, was third, at 18.415 seconds.
This was Max Verstappen’s second win this season, after winning at Silverstone (United Kingdom), thus finishing third in the championship, behind Hamilton and Bottas.
