According to THR, Victoria Alonso, an executive at Marvel Studios, left the company for unknowns. This news comes a few weeks after the very negative fallout fromAnt-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. She was president of physical production and post-production, visual effects and animation production for Marvel Studios. Victoria Alonso had worked for Marvel Studios since 2006, where she was responsible for visual effects and post-production. She was executive producer of all the films and television series of the mcu Since The Avengers and received his last promotion in 2021. No replacement for Victoria Alonso has not been named yet.

Marvel Studios saw its films hit hard with critical and box office reality in Phases 4 and 5. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is the latest example, as box office numbers quickly declined and reviews were much harsher than for previous films. The move also comes as Marvel Studios plans to slow production on Disney+ and that many feedback points to the studio’s poor treatment of visual effects companies.
