On the third day of the World Test Championship (WTC) final, the Indian team’s first innings came down to 296 runs. With this, the Australian team gained a whopping 173-run lead on the basis of first innings. The Australian team did not get off to a good start in the second innings and the team lost their first wicket with a score of 2. Meanwhile, video of Maransh Labushen sitting in the dressing room sleeping went viral.

Before waiting for his bat, Marnus Labuschagne would get ready and sleep comfortably on the dressing room balcony. Meanwhile, Mohammad Siraj took the wicket from David Warner in the fourth over of the innings. Hearing the noise of the spectators present at the Maransh Labushen Stadium, he suddenly woke up. This funny incident made everyone laugh.

Marnus Labuschagne was in a very deep sleep and after waking up he suddenly went to bat after wearing gloves in a hurry. To fully awaken Labushen from sleep, Siraj threw a ball at him such that his bat fell out of his hand.


Talking about the first innings of the Indian team in the final match, half centuries by Ajinkya Rahane and Shardul Thakur played a huge role in reaching the score of 296. Rahane scored 89 runs while Shardul scored 51 runs. A major partnership of 109 runs was seen between the two for the seventh wicket. Bowling for Australia, Captain Cummins took 3 wickets while Scott Boland, Mitchell Starc, Cameron Green took 2-2 and Nathan Lyon took 1 wicket.
