The insurer’s customers can register or access MI MAPFRE through the insurer’s website www.mapfrebhd.com.do, to report and follow up on car accidents, pay their bills or installments, download documentation , request roadside assistance, update your personal and payment information, in addition to checking the validity and all the details of your insurance coverage.
Julio Abreu, deputy general manager of the Commercial area, stated that “with MI MAPFRE, clients decide how to invest their time. This virtual office allows customers to access their policy data quickly and easily, regardless of the time or place where they are, from their mobile, computer or tablet.”
