The pace changed when the hosts picked up the pace with three consecutive triples, two of them by forward Thomasson (28-19 min 17). The Manresans closed with a 17-2 run in the last five minutes of the period.
Second part
Baxi Manresa started the third quarter better, especially forward Juanpi Vaulet, who with eleven points catapulted his team on the scoreboard (50-29 min 24). The local team got carried away until the end of the period and with a run of 18-12, from the last time out, they left the victory very much on track.
The last quarter had no history. Baxi Manresa controlled their rival’s little momentum at all times to close the sixteenth victory of the season at the Nou Congost (94-60).
