Manchester United Signs Matheus Cunha for €74 Million

Manchester United is set to sign Matheus Cunha. The transfer expert Fabrizio Romano says the deal is done.
The red devils will pay 74 million euros to release the Brazilian player from his contract with Wolverhampton.
They will pay in installments.

There’s already a verbal agreement between Manchester United, Wolverhampton, and Matheus Cunha.
The Brazilian player will sign a contract until 2030 with an option for one more year.

The paperwork will be done next week.
Matheus Cunha came to Europe at 18 to play for Sion in 2017.
The next season, he moved to Leipzig.
After a year and a half, he joined Hertha Berlin.
His good performances in Berlin led to a move to Atlético Madrid in 2021.

Matheus Cunha found stability at Wolverhampton, where he has played since January 2023.
He scored 31 goals in 92 games for the team.
In the 2024/25 season, he had 23 goal contributions.
Matheus Cunha is not a traditional striker, but he delivers.
