Malaysia declares India a fraud, suspends air travel

A Malaysian country has banned flights from India for misrepresentation and deception by the Indian ambassador.

Papua New Guinea has banned Indian flights indefinitely, accusing the Indian ambassador of fraud for apparently violating travel rules on Cove 19.

According to a local report, a senior official from the Malaysian country of Papua New Guinea, Kovid-19, said that the Indian High Commission had assisted dozens of people who were not authorized to travel in the process of deliberate fraud. A few coyotes were also affected, but they arrived in Papua New Guinea.

According to the report, 111 people arrived in Papua New Guinea from India via Indonesia yesterday, 30 more than the approved list.

Authorities in the two countries held heated talks over the flight, and Papua New Guinea denied entry to 81 passengers due to fears of the corona virus until an agreement was reached.

Papua New Guinea officials say the Indian High Commission in Port Moresby has deliberately resorted to deception in order to bring in more people than required.

He said that as a result of deliberate insults against the government and people of Papua New Guinea, more flights from India would now be banned indefinitely.

According to Indian media, Indian officials in Port Moresby and New Delhi did not respond to the allegations.

The Papua New Guinea official said that the airline operators Capajit and Garuda Indonesia have also been banned from entering Papua New Guinea. According to the report, the 19 infected patients from India included citizens of Papua New Guinea, India and Indonesia.
