The upcoming Gazipur city election is now under intense tension. Actress Mahia Mahi entered the field in this election. This actress campaigned in different areas of Nemangari in mass communication on behalf of Awami League candidate.
Mahi has been posting several pictures of the election campaign with her husband Rakib Sarkar.
Along with the pictures, he wrote, May 25 Gazipur City Corporation election Bangladesh Awami League nominated mayoral candidate Bir Muktijoddha Alhaj Adv. Today during a public meeting to humbly ask for votes from the general public at Hat Bazar located at the crossroads of the city and in various surrounding areas to make Azmat Ullah Khan the winner of the boat symbol.
Meanwhile, on Sunday (May 21) at 11:15 a.m., he presented his election manifesto at the Engineer Building on Rajbari Road in the metropolis. He hopes that if he is elected, he will be able to fulfill his promise to the people of the city using his various life experiences.
It is mentioned in his manifesto that he will take one year, two year and five year plan to ensure the quality of service by strengthening the service sector along with infrastructure development including roads, drains, culverts, bridges through proper planning.
In this manifesto, he declared to establish Gazipur City Corporation as a prosperous and balanced city completely free from corruption by establishing good governance through transparency, accountability, city master plan and people’s participation.
